An urgent message to Justices, Judges and Courts the world over. Time is truly of the essence. The words of our Chief Justice in Alberta are probably some of the most consequential I have read in a very long time. I only pray that Chief Justice Fraser will stand by her words and the Court's duty to be the last line of defence for Democracy.
