This footage was taken from the corner of Western Ave and 25th street in San Pedro CA from an elevation of over 400 feet. It would be impossible for the horizon to remain at eye level as you gain elevation on a spherical surface, the physics does not support it as the horizon would drop below eye level exponentially as you gain altitude!
