Rectifiers are either half or full wave. They take 60hz plus 60hz to full cycle of 120hz to have a steady flow of electrical voltage than deliver it to multiple tank capacitors we call a Tank Capacitor assembly so as to strip the amperage out of the voltage leaving it as a full wave of voltage to be attenuated (antenna) into RF energy for exciting the electrons (metal) to turn from a solid into a liquid for mold injection purposes. They're called Cast Machines. As for utilizing this technology for nanoparticle construction within the human body, I'm sure it's possible if not probable. The frequency though would have to arrive from outside of the human body.
