David Menzies of the Rebel News debunked this. These are armoured vehicles at a site that manufacturers them. They bought the existing building recently and the person Menzies talked too said they are the the UN. But will be shipped outside North America. Not every thing is a conspiracy folks. There are manufacturers of such vehicles.

We have these UN vehicles here in Nova Scotia too, not just Toronto. They may manufacture them, but why is "UN" on them, a whole different story. They said on the radio not long ago that the UN troops are here because of climate control, so why would they try and explain it on the radio if it's normal? People know it's not normal the have UN troops on Canadian/American soil. Clearly they're not here for climate control.
