If islands tipping over is going to be a problem, the government can just mandate inflatable masks to keep everyone safe.

An absolute imbecile

This guy can’t even speak, let alone think... what an incompetent. It took him over two minutes to say absolutely nothing sensible, and he’s on elected official pay-grade... SMH

The real problem in this video is the Admiral, who somehow covers for Hank. For far too long, everybody has been covering for ignorant politicians, as if they deserved some kind of respect. Candace Owens had the right idea when she testified before congress.

"JAKE" Johnson .. this guy is a duly elected official..,. doesn't mean he's smart enough for such a position ! man !

Falkenfels

Johnson is no smarter than the constituents who voted him into office.

My Brighteon Channel

This is rediculous but so very indicative of Democrats in office. Ignorance is a prerequisite and a lobbyist dream.

Was this an April fools joke?

MichaelDomansky

He is still in Congress. Think about that!

polymath

How does someone like this get elected? Seems to me such low IQ would be apparent to even similarly low IQ people. Did they want an idiot to represent them?

Jimminy

Classic! Unfortunately, our entire State is now run by these idiots.

You have to love how completely uneducated and, indeed, stupid this man is. Holy mackerel. Not only that, you have to imagine how moronic his staff must be.

Just think: He's still smarter than Ocrazio-Cortez.

I am stunned. Just like the parrot. A Norwegian Blue. Beautifull plumage.

Mrbluesky

I remember that from a few years ago. Who said you had to be smart to be a corrupt puppet?

huskyredux

someone should explain to him that islands don't float on top of the water like a boat.

WaxingRadiance

Na, leave him be. The entertainment value is off the charts

Maybe Rep Hank was on an island where he experienced such, probably just before or after he was taken to the alien spaceship, where uh, his rejection has earned him some gaps in his uh, memory.

Are you f’n kidding me????? This person represents “intelligent “ people you say? Who votes for this ?????

P_Nizzle

And yet this man continues to get re-elected time and time again. Thanks GA for sending your best & brightest!

Azpedersen

These are the people that emphatically espouse following the "Science" and denigrate anyone that would dare deny the 97% consensus on island tipping.

huskyredux

LOL consensus island tipping

A classic. I have actually met people this stupid. It is unnerving. This imposed isolation that everyone is whining about has not affected me much since I stopped socializing in any meaningful way years ago. New neighbors moved in next door two years ago. I have no idea who they are but they have many nice cars and someone over there likes to sing in Spanish during the day. That's as much as I need to know. I hear a little voice saying "Thanks for sharing" in a sarcastic tone.

Jeffyoung64

He is in the running for the stupidest elected official. Him, Sheila Jackson Lee, A.O.C. Maxine Waters and that Mazie chick from Hawaii. All in a dead heat to receive the Charles Darwin award.

Tom Noyb

Difficult to argue stupidity when their bank-accounts go from pennies to $millions to $billions after being elected? They're certainly smart enough to cheat elections and smart enough to take bribes without being caught? Maybe they are idiot-savants? Skilled in corruption, but idiots otherwise?

Investyourlove_life

Even before he made that idiotic comment I felt as though he was on something, sleep deprived or was just born with a smooth brain. I've always felt as though congress didn't take their jobs seriously.

GlenBard

This is what you get in a district that just votes for the person with a "D" after his or her name.

Jeffyoung64

Nancy Pelosi said it best when A.O.C. was elected. In her district you could put a D by a glass of water and it would get elected.

NotTonyHeller666

Do you believe that if the world became over populated if would tip over!!?... 🤔

No, but it might deflate?

JJ73JJ

It's evident that not only are the Reps out of their minds, the VOTERS are absolute dumass sheep!

Jeffyoung64

Yep. If he is that incredibly stupid, just think how stupid his constituents are.

Chipdog

Ignorance is an epidemic in Congress

Bikerboy

My God, shocking. I could hear his brain cogs trying to connect but they couldn't. Why was he not prepared and holding facts on the simplest facts, those of the island's size.

Jimminy

This guy is obviously very ignorant. I’ve seen this multitude times and each time i’m Embarrassed that he represented my State.

Beauty is skin deep but stupid is to the bone. I know that is not the original version of this saying, but it seems to fit.

jrbleau

Ah, we don't anticipate that. I often use that line when someone inquires about something ridiculous.

Jeffyoung64

Lol I would have just looked at him dumbfounded and said, what? And the tone of my voice would have been insulting and demeaning. The guy is plain ole stupid.

notmev

He did try and explain it away using multiple excuses: https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/tipping-point/

So lefties now wake up every morning worried about the world ending, a new harmless strain on Covid murdering everything in sight, and Guam tipping over.

"In December 2009, Johnson revealed that he had been battling Hepatitis C (HCV) for over a decade, which resulted in slow speech and a tendency to regularly get "lost in thought in the middle of a discussion".[53] Johnson said that he learned he had the disease in 1998 but did not know how he contracted it. HCV-induced liver dysfunction often leads to hepatic encephalopathy, a cause of confusion. Symptoms are often reversible with treatment.[54] The disease damaged his liver and led to thyroid problems.[53] He was treated with a combination of ribavirin and interferon at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.[53] In February 2010, Johnson successfully completed an experimental treatment for Hepatitis C, which resulted in restored mental acuity, weight gain and increased energy.[55]" https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hank_Johnson

I got to ask..... Why the fuck was this retard in congress then? I would add, it is not only him. There are many many in congress who are ill with shit that makes them incompetent.

NotTonyHeller666

Retards!!... 🤔

BoogeymanSlayer

So says that bastion of truth, Wikipedia. Ha ha ha!! No virus for Hepatitis C has ever been isolated, purified, and tested. It’s just another conjured up disease by the medical cartel in search of funding and vaccine justification. Pure bunk.

WTF!!. ☝️⬆️👆... 🙄

Little Lost

I didn't think I could think less of our governments abilities. Then this comes along to shatter that thought. It just shows you that these "elected officials" had to be illegally place into their positions. Who could have legit voted for them?

twentydigitseighteen

And he has competition for the dumbest Congress person in our government. Thank you Georgia for sharing this moron with us.

GreyGeek

He obviously thinks it's floating. Will he ever ask himself why it doesn't float away?

amax1229
