The camera ha a FOV of about 5 degrees. We wouldn't expect to see curvature with such a narrow field of view. You need 120 degrees to see any obvious curvature at this height. This nonsense is clearly intended specifically to discredit scepticism. It is controlled opposition, which is why it never falls foul of the 'fact checkers'.
