I am a medical transcriptionist and I can attest that the one thing that doctors never keep track of or do any history on, no matter what condition the person has, is whether they've had vaccines or not and certainly not how many they have had and when. Doctors are completely conditioned to think of vaccine injury only if it occurs immediately upon getting a vaccine.
